Copyright Policy for Shinner Skateboard App

Shinner respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to any claims of copyright infringement in a timely manner and to remove any infringing content, as required by law.

User-Generated Content

Shinner is a platform for user-generated content, and we do not claim ownership of any content that our users post or upload to our platform. However, by posting or uploading content to our platform, users grant Shinner a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform and display the content in all media formats and channels now known or later developed, without compensation to the user.

Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyright has been infringed by content on the Shinner platform, please notify us in writing with the following information:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;

Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;

Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and that is to be removed, including a description of where it is located on the Shinner platform;

Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address;

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please note that we may provide the user who posted the allegedly infringing content with a copy of the notification, which may include your contact information. If the user believes that their content was removed in error, they may submit a counter-notification to us, and we may reinstate the content if we do not receive a notice of a court action to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity related to the content within 10 business days.

Shinner is not responsible for any copyright infringement related to user-generated content on our platform. We do not review, screen, or monitor all content posted by our users, and we do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such content. Users are solely responsible for the content they post or upload to our platform, and they represent and warrant that they have the right to do so and that their content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

By using the Shinner platform, you agree to indemnify and hold Shinner and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these copyright policies or any other terms of service.
