3. Content Sharing: By uploading content (photos, videos, etc.) for the challenge, you grant Shinner the right to use, display, and share the content on our platform and social media channels for promotional purposes.

4. Eligibility: Challenges are open to all skill levels and ages unless stated otherwise. Some challenges might have specific eligibility requirements, so be sure to read the challenge details carefully.

5. Fair Play: Any form of cheating, manipulation, or using unauthorized means to gain an advantage in challenges is strictly prohibited. Participants found engaging in such behavior will be disqualified.

Conversion of Shins to Dollars: Discretionary Right of Refusal

1. Discretionary Right to Refuse Conversion

The Shinnar AB ("Company") reserves the unconditional and sole right to refuse the conversion of Shins to United States dollars (USD) for any user at any time. This right is exercisable at the Company's sole discretion and can be invoked for any reason deemed appropriate by the Company, including but not limited to concerns about the legitimacy of the Shins earned, compliance with legal and regulatory standards, or any other reason that the Company finds justifiable.

2. No Obligation for Conversion

The conversion of Shins to USD is a privilege offered by the Company and not an obligation. The Company is not obliged to fulfill any conversion request and may, at its discretion, choose to decline such requests without the need for justification.

3. Review and Investigation

Upon receiving a request for conversion, the Company reserves the right to conduct a thorough review and investigation into the user's account and activities. This review is aimed at ensuring compliance with the terms of service, legal regulations, and the prevention of fraudulent or illegal activities.

4. User Compliance

Users requesting conversion of Shins to USD agree to fully cooperate with any investigations or inquiries by the Company. Failure to comply with such investigations or inquiries may result in the refusal of the conversion request and possible suspension or termination of the user's account.

5. Final Decision

The decision of the Company regarding the refusal of a conversion request is final and binding. Users may not appeal or contest a decision made by the Company in this regard.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or consequences incurred by the user as a result of the refusal to convert Shins to USD. The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims or legal actions arising from such refusal.

7. By participating in this contest and accepting any prizes, you hereby confirm that you are solely responsible for declaring and paying all taxes and any other charges that may arise in connection with the receipt of the prize. It is your responsibility to ensure that all taxes and charges are paid correctly and in accordance with applicable laws. The organizer of the contest assumes no responsibility for participants' tax or charge-related obligations.
